By visiting this website, submitting a form, requesting information, calling, texting, emailing, applying for employment, or using any part of this website, you agree to the terms listed below.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website.

1. About Delora Care

Delora Care provides non-medical caregiver support services for individuals and families. Services may include, but are not limited to, companionship, personal care support, homemaker services, meal preparation, light housekeeping, safety observation, transportation assistance, respite support, reminders, and other approved non-medical caregiver services.

Delora Care does not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, medical diagnosis, emergency medical services, wound care, injections, medication administration, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or clinical services.

2. Website Information Is General Information Only

The information on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website should be considered medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, emergency advice, or a substitute for guidance from a licensed professional.

Families, clients, caregivers, applicants, and visitors should always consult with the appropriate physician, nurse, therapist, pharmacist, attorney, emergency responder, or other licensed professional when professional advice or emergency assistance is needed.

3. No Guarantee of Services

Submitting a request through this website does not guarantee that Delora Care will accept a client, begin services, provide a caregiver, provide a specific schedule, or provide services in a specific location.

All services are subject to review, availability, staffing, client needs, service location, applicable laws, licensing requirements, agency approval, completed documentation, and signed service agreements.

A client relationship is not created until Delora Care has accepted the case and all required assessments, authorizations, service agreements, payment arrangements, and onboarding documents have been completed and approved.

4. Rates, Payment, and Service Availability

Any pricing, rate, service description, schedule, or availability information listed on this website is general information only and may change at any time.

Final rates, schedules, services, payment terms, and client responsibilities are determined through Delora Care’s approved intake process, service review, and signed service agreement.

Nothing on this website guarantees a specific rate, schedule, caregiver, service start date, service location, or payment arrangement.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting a caregiver application, referral, employment inquiry, or resume through this website does not guarantee employment, an interview, onboarding, shift placement, or a specific pay rate.

Employment decisions are subject to application review, background screening, qualification review, reference verification, availability, experience, work history, certification status, state requirements, agency needs, and successful completion of all required onboarding steps.

Nothing on this website creates an employment contract or changes the at-will nature of employment where applicable.

6. Communication Through Website, Calls, Texts, or Email

By submitting a form, clicking a call or text button, requesting care, applying for employment, requesting information, or contacting Delora Care through this website, you agree that Delora Care may contact you by phone, text message, email, or other communication methods regarding your inquiry, application, referral, requested services, or related business matter.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or being hired.

When applicable, you may opt out of non-essential text messages by replying STOP or by communicating your request to opt out in any reasonable manner.

Submitting a form, calling, texting, emailing, or using the website does not create a client relationship, caregiver assignment, employment relationship, service agreement, contract, or guarantee of services or employment.

7. Service Areas and Multi-State Operations

Delora Care currently serves or may serve clients in multiple states and may continue expanding into additional areas.

Not all services are available in every city, county, state, region, facility, or service area. Services may vary based on local law, state licensing rules, client needs, caregiver availability, payer requirements, program requirements, and agency approval.

Delora Care may update service areas, service descriptions, programs, requirements, policies, and website content at any time as the company grows or as laws and operational needs change.

8. Client and Family Portal Access

Delora Care may offer clients, families, POAs, guardians, or authorized representatives access to a client or family portal when available and approved.

Portal access may allow authorized users to view certain live or updated information, such as scheduled shifts, caregiver visit activity, assigned tasks, completed tasks, care notes, and client updates.

Portal access is subject to agency approval, technology availability, privacy requirements, authorization status, and applicable policies. Delora Care may modify, limit, suspend, or remove portal access at any time for privacy, compliance, safety, security, or operational reasons.

Authorized portal users are responsible for keeping login information confidential and should not share usernames, passwords, portal access, screenshots, or client information with unauthorized individuals.

9. Emergency Situations

This website should not be used for emergencies.

If a client is experiencing a medical emergency, fall with injury, chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe weakness, loss of consciousness, uncontrolled bleeding, immediate safety risk, or any urgent medical concern, call 911 immediately.

Do not rely on website forms, text messages, email, portal messages, or routine office communication for emergency response.

10. Website Accuracy

Delora Care makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, information may change without notice.

Website content may include typographical errors, outdated information, service descriptions that change over time, or information that may not apply to every location or client situation.

Delora Care does not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

11. Photos, Testimonials, Reviews, and Images

Photos, testimonials, reviews, names, logos, or likenesses may only be used with appropriate permission or authorization.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another applicable federal, state, or local law requires otherwise.

Because Delora Care may operate in multiple states, certain services, requirements, rights, and obligations may also be subject to the laws, regulations, licensing rules, and program requirements of the state where services are requested or provided.
