Born and raised in Pestel, Haiti, Marckennedy’s leadership journey is rooted in resilience, discipline, and service. He later expanded his professional and academic pursuits in the United States, combining entrepreneurial vision with hands-on operational experience across multiple industries. His work reflects a strong commitment to organizational growth, accountability, and community empowerment.
Marckennedy’s professional background includes roles in media, security, and management, having served as General Manager at Radio Express International (1530 WYMM AM) and Assistant Branch Manager at Secure Watch ADT. He is also a licensed insurance agent, bringing regulatory knowledge and risk-management expertise to his leadership roles.
His academic and professional training spans business management, theology, leadership, and criminal justice. He graduated from John Casablanca Modeling, Talent Management, and TV-Print, Englewood High School, and Providence International Christian University, where he earned a degree in Theology. He also attended Jacksonville University, studied Business Management, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Colorado Technical University (Online).
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Marckennedy is a four-sport athlete and track champion, reflecting discipline, teamwork, and competitive excellence. These qualities carry into his leadership philosophy, where strategic thinking, perseverance, and integrity guide his work.

Marjorie Jean baptiste
Co-Founder / Executive Vice President Officer / Executive Treasurer (EVP/ET)
Marjorie Jean Baptiste, based in Baltimore, Maryland, serves as the Executive Vice President Officer and Executive Treasurer (EVP/ET) at HCAASEC. In this senior leadership role, she supports organizational strategy while overseeing financial integrity, accountability, and operational effectiveness in alignment with HCAASEC’s mission of civic action, public health awareness, community protection, and sustainable social impact.
With a strong foundation in healthcare and public service, Marjorie brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her leadership. She holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), earned a Practical Nurse certification through BOCES Vocational School, and completed her secondary education at the Centre d’Études Secondaires in Haiti. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Western Governors University (WGU).
Marjorie’s professional experience includes executive leadership as Vice President of Marckennedy Vision Incorporated, along with extensive clinical work as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant, and healthcare provider in pediatric oncology, medical-surgical care, and adult psychology. She has also held management roles as a Sales Associate Manager, strengthening her skills in operations, coordination, and team leadership.
In addition to her professional career, Marjorie is deeply engaged in community service. She has volunteered as a Patient Advocate, served in a key leadership role overseeing event planning and finance with HDR, and contributed to disaster relief efforts with the American Red Cross.
Through her combined expertise in healthcare, finance, leadership, and volunteer service, Marjorie Jean Baptiste brings a compassionate, disciplined, and mission-driven approach to HCAASEC. She is committed to advancing initiatives that promote public health, strengthen emergency preparedness, and ensure transparency and long-term resilience within the communities HCAASEC serves.

Denise Lormeus
Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer / Executive Supervisor General Officer

Executive Director of IT
My name is Cliffort Variste, Executive Director of IT at HCAASEC, where I lead the organization’s technology strategy, systems infrastructure, and digital operations. I bring more than 10 years of hands-on experience in electronics, technical troubleshooting, and technology leadership, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, transparency, and reliability.
I hold an Associate Degree from Miami Dade College and a Certificate in Ultrasound Technology from Advance Technical Institute. I am also the founder of HaytHive LLC, a technology enterprise focused on innovative, drone-based security and infrastructure solutions.

Emil Joseph
Executive Advisor (EA)
Emil Joseph, born on July 27, 1974, in Dondon, Northern Haiti, serves as an Executive Advisor at HCAASEC, contributing insight grounded in education, ethics, leadership, and community service.
He completed studies in Legal Sciences, Education Sciences, Theology, Leadership, and Tourism in Haiti, providing him with a multidisciplinary perspective aligned with HCAASEC’s mission of human rights advocacy, community empowerment, and good governance.
Emil previously worked at Indiana Automotive Fasteners (IAF) in Greenfield, Indiana, as a Machine Operator, gaining valuable experience in workforce discipline and operational efficiency.
In his advisory role, Emil supports HCAASEC initiatives focused on civic engagement, accountability, and sustainable social development, particularly for underserved communities.

Johanne Lafleur
(Sr. Executive Advisor Advisory)
Johanne Lafleur, PMHNP-BC, RN serves as an Executive Advisor at HCAASEC, bringing a powerful combination of healthcare expertise, cultural competence, and community advocacy to the organization’s mission.
With over 17 years of experience in nursing, Johanne is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has worked extensively with individuals and families from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her clinical experience spans acute, forensic, and community-based mental health settings, providing her with firsthand insight into the complex realities of human trafficking, interpersonal violence, trauma, exploitation, and systemic inequities.
Throughout her career, Johanne has supported vulnerable populations impacted by abuse, displacement, mental illness, and social marginalization. This depth of experience enables her to contribute meaningfully to organizational strategy, program development, and advocacy initiatives focused on violence prevention, human rights, mental health awareness, and community protection.
Johanne holds advanced nursing degrees as well as a Diploma in Commercial Secretariat earned in Haiti, equipping her to operate effectively at both the community and executive levels. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, she is deeply committed to culturally responsive leadership and to amplifying the voices of underserved communities.

Wilson Dolcin
Executive General Manager
Wilson Dolcin serves as Executive General Manager at HCAASEC, bringing extensive experience in higher education, research methodology, strategic leadership, and social development. A university professor, researcher, and published author, he is widely recognized for his commitment to educational reform, civic responsibility, and the advancement of knowledge in Haiti.
Wilson is a Professor at the Université d’État d’Haïti (UEH) and has taught across both secondary and university levels in disciplines including research methodology, philosophy, sociology, psychology, logic, argumentation, and citizenship education. His academic approach emphasizes a shift from rote knowledge accumulation to competency-based learning, empowering students to produce knowledge and engage critically with social realities.
He holds advanced academic training in Philosophy, French as a Foreign Language (FLE), Research Methodology, and Educational Sciences, with graduate-level studies completed in Haiti and France, including academic work with Université Paris 8. He is also certified in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and is fluent in French and Haitian Creole, with working knowledge of English and Spanish.
As an author and intellectual contributor, Wilson Dolcin has published multiple books and scholarly works addressing education, social transformation, globalization, and Haitian development, some of which are cataloged in the French National Bibliography. He is a frequent conference speaker and media contributor on topics related to higher education, research, and social change.
In his role at HCAASEC, Wilson provides executive operational leadership, strategic coordination, and intellectual guidance to support the organization’s mission of human rights advocacy, community empowerment, education reform, and sustainable social impact. Vladimir Jean-Baptiste
Director of International Relations and Affairs
Vladimir Jean-Baptiste is the Director of International Relations and Affairs at HCAASEC, where he leads global engagement, strategic partnerships, and cross-border initiatives in support of the organization’s mission to advance human rights, sustainable development, and international cooperation for Haitian communities.
A Haitian-born executive and scientist, Vladimir brings a rare combination of environmental science expertise and global finance leadership. He began his academic journey at Collège Canado-Haïtien in Port-au-Prince before continuing his studies in New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Chemistry. He later completed an MBA with dual specializations in Strategic Management and Finance, strengthening his ability to bridge scientific analysis with high-level business and policy decision-making.
Vladimir launched his professional career on Wall Street, where he spent five years working within the global financial sector. Building on this foundation, he went on to found and lead Inter Capital Holdings, serving as Chief Executive Officer for a decade, where he developed deep experience in investment strategy, corporate leadership, and international markets.
Currently, Vladimir serves as Chief Executive Officer of V&L Agro Group LTD, an agro-industrial company based in Rwanda. Under his leadership, the company focuses on agricultural transformation and agro-processing innovation, applying scientific rigor and strategic vision to support sustainable economic growth.
At HCAASEC, Vladimir Jean-Baptiste leverages his international experience, financial insight, and scientific background to strengthen global partnerships, diplomatic outreach, and development initiatives. Robinson Joseph Pierre
Executive Director of Judicial Affairs Attorney at Law – Cap-Haïtien Bar
Robinson Joseph Pierre, born in Acul-du-Nord, first communal section of Camp-Louise, serves as Executive Director of Judicial Affairs at HCAASEC. An attorney admitted to the Cap-Haïtien Bar, he brings strong legal expertise grounded in academic rigor, human rights advocacy, and civic engagement.
He completed his primary education at École de Belle-Hôtesse, followed by secondary education at Lycée Jean-Louis Pierre of Acul-du-Nord, where he earned Baccalaureate I (2003), and at Lycée Jean-Baptiste Cinéas of Limbé, where he earned Baccalaureate II (2004).
Robinson Joseph Pierre pursued his university studies at the State University of Haiti (UEH), at the Faculty of Law, Economics, and Management of Cap-Haïtien, Promotion Martial L. Célestin (2007–2011). He earned a Bachelor’s degree (Licencié) in Legal Sciences in 2022.
Professionally, he practices as an Attorney at Law with the Cap-Haïtien Bar, where he is actively involved in legal defense, legal analysis, and citizen representation in judicial and institutional matters.
At HCAASEC, Robinson Joseph Pierre leads Judicial Affairs, contributing to the organization’s legal strategy, institutional compliance, and advocacy efforts. Caridad Pierre Pean
Social Services Director Haitian Civil Action and Social Entity Corp (HCAASEC)
A native of Saint-Louis-du-Nord, Haiti, Caridad’s work is deeply informed by her lived experience and commitment to community service. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Sociology from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, and later obtained her Master’s degree from Chamberlain University, strengthening her expertise in client-centered and evidence-based practice.
Caridad works as a social worker committed to advocating for individuals and families who are often overlooked or marginalized. Guided by a strong belief in liberty, human dignity, and social justice, she approaches her work with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. Her practice emphasizes empowerment, ethical care, and sustainable support systems that promote long-term well-being.
At HCAASEC, Caridad Pierre Pean plays a key leadership role in advancing social service programs that foster equity, access to resources, and meaningful social change, while reinforcing the organization’s commitment to protecting human dignity and strengthening community resilience.
Rita Eugène
Director of Culture and Spirituality
Rita Eugène, born on April 29, 1966, in Podépé, Northwest Haiti, serves as Director of Culture and Spirituality at HCAASEC. She brings decades of experience in education, cultural preservation, spiritual leadership, and community development to support the organization’s mission of social cohesion, identity preservation, and sustainable community empowerment.
Rita completed her primary education at L’École Les Fils de la Cahajès in Podépé and her secondary education at College Jean Price-Mars, graduating in 1989. She pursued higher education in the Sciences of Education at the University Adventiste de Diquini, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree. She later obtained an additional Bachelor’s degree in Andragogy from the University Saint Thomas d’Aquin, strengthening her expertise in adult education and leadership development.
Professionally, Rita is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the Centre Éducatif Univers des Petits, where she also serves as the Executive Director of Educational Administration. Through this institution, she has played a central role in advancing early childhood education, academic excellence, and values-based learning.
in addition to her work in education, Rita has held several key cultural and social leadership roles. She has served as Coordinator of Women’s Initiatives (North–South) and as Socio-Cultural Coordinator of Ville Okan, recognized as a national heritage site. She is also actively involved with the Religious and Spiritual Temple of Haiti, contributing to the preservation and promotion of Haiti spiritual and cultural heritage.
At HCAASEC, Rita Eugène leads cultural and spiritual initiatives that promote identity, heritage preservation, moral values, and intergenerational transmission of culture. Secretary General
Widelande Metellus, born on March 5, 1983, serves as Secretary General of HCAASEC, where she plays a central role in supporting executive leadership, organizational coordination, and administrative governance. Her work helps ensure effective communication, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
A trained nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Widelande brings a strong foundation in healthcare, ethics, and service-oriented leadership to her administrative role. Her professional background reinforces HCAASEC’s commitment to discipline, responsibility, and care-centered approaches in both internal operations and community-focused initiatives.
Widelande has a strong interest and solid proficiency in office computing and administrative information technology, including digital documentation, records management, correspondence coordination, and basic IT-supported office systems. These skills enable her to support organizational efficiency, data accuracy, and structured information flow within HCAASEC.
As Secretary General, she contributes to meeting coordination, policy documentation, internal communications, and institutional recordkeeping, ensuring alignment with governance standards and organizational procedures. Michelson Charles
General Finance Supervisor / Bookkeeper
Michelson Charles serves as General Finance Supervisor and Bookkeeper at HCAASEC, where he plays a critical role in financial oversight, recordkeeping, compliance support, and organizational accountability. He works closely with executive leadership to ensure transparent financial practices, accurate reporting, and responsible resource management, in alignment with HCAASEC’s mission, governance standards, and internal controls.
In this role, Michelson supports budget tracking, financial reporting, expense verification, and documentation management, helping maintain clear and auditable financial records. His precision, discipline, and attention to detail contribute to informed decision-making and the long-term financial sustainability of HCAASEC’s programs and operations.
Michelson Charles is a graduate of the Institut des Hautes Études Économiques et Commerciales (IHECE), where he earned a certificate in Accounting and Management. His academic training provided a strong foundation in financial administration, budgeting principles, bookkeeping practices, and internal financial controls.
He brings significant public-sector experience, having served for eight (8) years in the Verification Service of the Haitian Parliament (Chamber of Deputies). In this capacity, he contributed to financial verification, procedural compliance, and institutional accountability. He also served for more than four (4) years as Head of the Facilities and Planning Service, assigned to the Office of the Chamber of Deputies, where he supported operational planning, administrative coordination, and resource oversight.
In addition to his finance and governance background, Michelson is a Technician in Technical and Cellular Programming, trained at Global Technology School, further strengthening his capacity to support modern administrative systems and technology-assisted financial operations.
Mr. Charles completed his primary education at Joseph Le Pevedic School (1986–1993) and his secondary education at Collège du Limbé (1993–1999), Nouveau Collège du Limbé (2000), and LJBC (2001).
Through his combined experience in public finance, accounting, verification services, administration, and technology, Michelson Charles contributes to building a financially responsible, transparent, and accountable organization, ensuring that HCAASEC’s resources are managed effectively in support of community-focused initiatives and long-term social impact.
